What constitutes a rental period?

4 Hourly Rate: 4 consecutive hours during store hours
Daily Rate: 24 consecutive hours
Weekly Rate: 7 consecutive days to the same time

Identification

A Valid Drivers License & Proof of Insurance is required for all trailer rentals.

Payment

Payment is required at time rental trailer is picked up.

Deposit

Rental customers will be required to leave a deposit on all trailers rented. Deposits vary per trailer (see Rental Agreement) for details. Deposits may be refunded upon return of trailer and completed inspection. Should damages occur during rental period, deposit may be held or reduced pending inspection by Trailer Lott representative.

Damages

Should damages to trailer rental(s) occur, Trailer Lott will inspect the trailer and provide quote for necessary repairs of which the rental customer will be responsible for and charged at the time of return and thus, deposit may not be refunded or reduced.

Availability

Reservations are recommended in order to guarantee the availability of the trailer you want.

Reservations

To reserve a trailer we require payment to the hold and guarantee the rental. Reservations can be made via by phone or email giving the trailer is available for rental

Cancellations

50% cancellation fee will apply on all booked reservations if cancelled within 48 hours.

Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Delivery & Pickup of Dump Trailer

Trailer Lott offers Drop off and/or pick up services for dump trailer rentals within 25 miles of Trailer Lott/Godley, TX. Additional fees apply. See Rental Agreement for more details.

Responsibility

Responsibility for rental trailers remains with the customer from time of accepting delivery until trailer is returned. All rental trailers should be secured and protected from damages, vandalism & theft.
